Starting November 28th and running through the Friday after New Year’s, we’ll be hosting six informal, drop-in Zoom sessions designed to offer connection, support, and a place to breathe during the busiest time of the year. We’re looking forward to spending all six sessions with you and navigating this season together.
Fridays | 2–3:30 PM ET / 11 AM–12:30 PM PT (Nov. 28th- Jan 2nd)
No sign up. No pressure. No agenda. Just support, community, and a place to land each week.

Lindsey Moore is a cherished member of the Sober Livers family, first joining us as an Advisor and now serving as our Project Coordinator. Her lived experience, strength, and compassion have profoundly shaped our community. Lindsey brings insight, heart, and leadership to everything she touches — including identifying the need for, and launching, our Six Sessions program, which is already creating meaningful connection and healing for our members.
Her personal journey is extraordinary. After early exposure to substances, years of escalating drinking, misdiagnoses, and ultimately liver failure and CIDP, Lindsey was told she would never walk again. Through resilience and courage, she rebuilt her life — regaining mobility, reclaiming her independence, and committing herself fully to sobriety and service.
Today, Lindsey lives in her own space for the first time in 35 years. She is active, grounded, and focused on helping others through CrossFit youth mentorship, her path toward becoming an addiction counselor, and her growing leadership within Sober Livers. Her warmth, strength, and unwavering dedication make her an essential part of who we are and who we are becoming.
